Start Work Template, branch has double {{{prefix}}}

When creating a new branch from the Start work tab, my branches have started being created like {{{prefix}}}/{{{prefix}}}/{{{issueKey}}}-{{{summary}}}

Prefix is duplicated and it is pretty annoying.

And when I trying to copy and paste branch name, it duplicated also.
