Unable authenticating for custom Jira site

There is an “Error authenticating with Jira: Error: certificate has expired“ message when I try to sign in to my custom Jira site. The certificate for my Jira site is valid till 13/05/2022.

Last month we had a few cases where an expired intermediate certificate wasn’t being handled correctly by some libraries. Is it possible that you’re seeing the same issue? I am seeing the same issue with both the on-site Bitbucket and Jira servers. I am using latest vs code insiders and Atlascode 2.9.1. The issue has been there for quite a while now. Other plugins like gitlens have no issue in VS Code. The issue seems to be specific to only the atlascode plugin. My colleagues using the stable vs code release are also affected by this issue. So, this is not specific to insiders build of vscode.

This seems different from issue #430. We use a custom root certificate, and I have win-ca plugin installed. Only atlascode seems to have developed an issue with this.

Any fix for this issue around the corner? This has rendered the Atlascode plugin unusable for the past few months!

I faced the same issue that is not acceptable for me. I would like to know more about it. Anyways to fix it. I don’t have the skills to fix it but if it is related to web design then I will do it because I have web designing skills as a student that is the need of every single student to get the best experience in the freelance market.

atlascode invokes axios for connection, and the issue seems to be there in the way the SSL certificate is handled. I had tried to dig into the JS to see if I can make a work around. But, don’t have enough time on hand to dig through the optimized JS.

I’m also seeing “certificate has expired” despite expiration being years out. This is preventing me from hooking up vscode to enterprise-jira.
