Workspace opens Bitbucket login for every project folder every 5 mins (refresh interval)

I have a workspace that consists of 5 Project folders each with their own Bitbucket project.

Every refresh interval I get a login window for each project stating the correct username but with password blank.

I have to fill in the password for each dialog, then I have 5minutes to work

After that the cycle restarts.

I can goto settings, open Bitbucket settings, open cloud login, the page says logged in, you can return to VSCODE. But the asking for passwords continues.

BTW: ALL projects share the SAME credentials.

Hi Andreas,

This is quite an interesting issue. Since this is happening on refresh intervals, I’m wondering what would happen if you raise the refresh interval. This can be done by going to settings > bitbucket > bitbucket issues explorer and using the slider (setting it to 0 disables refresh). I want to see if it’s the refresh process itself that’s causing your password data to be wiped, and in the meantime it may also make this slightly less annoying.

By the way, what operating system are you using?
