Pull Request Adjustable Summary Text Editor size

Currently the text editor window for the summary is limited to about 4 characters high. This severely limits the ability to format a summary correctly if it contains more than just a couple of lines.

I’d suggest two things

• Make the default summary window larger
• Make the summary window adjustable so I can drag the height downwards to increase it size to match my desires
