Thousands of console error of one type

First of all, many many thanks for creating this awesome extension.

One of my extension was not working properly. So checked console. I found following error more than 1000+ times. I couldn’t gather other information, as I mistakenly clicked Ctrl+r (in hope of opening recent project, but it got refreshed ). I’ll add more information if I’ll be able to reproduce it.

Refused to load the image 'http://jira-dev.abcdef.com/images/icons/issuetypes/story.svg' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "img-src 'self' https: data: blob: vscode-remote-resource:".

That URL looks like an icon URL; are you able to load a story issue without any images in the description? Are you able to load non-story issues? Also, is this a cloud instance or a server instance of Jira?
