Search for 'label' inside of Jira Issue detail causes an error

Whenever I type any letter on the ‘label' section of Jira Issue detail of the explorer, it shows 'Error fetching options: request path contains unescaped characters’ error and shows nothing even though I registered some labels on the Bitbucket through the web.

@Mars KIM Could you let us know the Jira instance type (cloud or server), and the versions of VS Code and the extension? We fixed a similar issue (https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/atlascode/issues/253) a while back and I want to make sure you have the version which includes the fix.

I use Jira cloud

Jira and Bitbucket (official) v2.8.3.

it’s been 2 days since VS Code v1.50.1 has been released but still the problem occurs.
