Pull request screen moves back to the top after clicking on a file diff

When viewing a multi file pull request, each time you select a file to view the diff and then go back to the main PR screen. the section of screen you had been viewing resets and scrolls back to the top.

This makes it impossible to keep track of what file you where last on in large pull requests.

Either keep the screen from moving back to the top, or include some visual indicator that I have clicked on and viewed a file (mark as read etc).
