Create more than one comment thread on a pull request line

Using the Web UI, one can start a new comment thread on a line of a pull request the same way as adding a new comment. With the extension, trying to do the same thing collapses the existing comment thread on that line.

Ideally it would be possible to start a new comment thread for a line the same way as in the Web UI.
