Use official Pipelines JSON schema for validation

There’s now an official JSON schema for Pipelines YML configuration file, it is available here: https://api.bitbucket.org/schemas/pipelines-configuration

AtlasCode should start using it to keep up to date with the features being added to the Pipelines configuration syntax.
