Error creating pull request - Cannot read property 'site' of undefined

When creating a pull request from the extension, it shows the following error:

Error creating pull request
Cannot read property 'site' of undefined

I’m using: atlassian.atlascode-2.8.5 connected and authenticated to Bitbucket Data Center.

It seems it was able to push the changes upstream but not creating the actual PR. Work-around is to create the PR from the Bitbucket front-end.

Same issue here. Using a OnPremises Bitbucket server, not the cloud instance
