Clicking a file in the "Create pull request" tab scrolls to the top of the page.

When scrolling down the “Create pull request” tab and clicking on a file to view it’s diff, the diff tab opens but when going back to the “Create pull request” tab it has scrolled back to the top of the page.

I’m creating a fairly large pull request and viewing each file diff before I make the pull request, so this bug is proving to be particularly frustrating because I keep coming back to the “Create pull request” tab only to have to find where I was and scroll back to it.
