'connect ETIMEDOUT' error in latest version

environment

vscode version : 1.54.3

Atlassian extension version: 2.8.5

local: windows 10

ssh remote: ubuntu 18.04.4 (internet not connected)

I was using the ATLASSIAN extension for a while, and recently I have a problem when I connect to the remote.

When I connect to the remote, my extension fails to show Jira issues that used to succeed and still success when I don’t connect to the remote.

As my remote environment doesn’t have an internet connection, I’m afraid it's related to that.
Is there anything I can try?
