connect TIUMEOUT error

When I try to create a pull request from visual studio code, I managed to fill in all the information, but when I try to create the pull request, there is always a timeout error. It seems it cannot manage to connect with bitbucket.

Strange thing is that I can manage to see all my branches and all the users inside my repository.
