Atlassian Extension Details Pane now empty

Recently the Atlassian Extension pane has become blank with only a label ‘Atlassian: Help and Feedback’ at the top with no way to interact (see screenshot). It is unusable in this state

I have reinstalled the extension a number of times, rebooting my machine in between, and cannot restore expected functionality.
