Visually show if a PR has been approved

Currently if a PR has been approved and the approver is among the +X reviewers in the list, there is no indication of this when looking at the PR details.

Should either sort the reviewers by approvals or have some other way of indicate that a reviewer has approved the PR.

Example with one approval but not visible in the reviewers list:
