Jira hover does not work for projects with numbers in their issue keys

It seems the hover provider only works for issues with alphabetical project IDs, but my organization has a project with numbers in its project ID and the Jira issue hover does not trigger on issue ids within this project.

From what I can tell, this is due to the regex in src/jira/issueKeyParser.ts, which does not appear to allow digits in the issue key before the hyphen. Hopefully that means it's an easy fix!
