"Something went wrong" error when creating a pull request in "Atlassian for VS Code" extension

I received a "Something went wrong" error displayed in HTML code when attempting to create a pull request in "Atlassian for VS Code" extension.

I’m using the “Atlassian for VS Code” extension with Bitbucket Server 4.3.2. Please see attached file for the error displayed in HTML.
