feat(accounts): Add the command to set bitbucket credentials from vscode input box

I use GitPod as my Cloud IDE tool to do my work on a daily basis, I found out that I can't use the extension due to it doesn't support auth in Bitbucket in this case, it works pretty well if I use local VSCode

It would be nice to add a feature to set bitbucket credentials from VSCode input box as it does GitLab extension.
