WSL2: "Authentication cannot be done while running remotely" displayed locally

The whole VSC Atlassian Plugin becomes useless when working with WSL under Windows.

Just to clarify, I’m not working remotely just on my local machine inside the linux subsystem.

I would recommend that the plugin

• isn’t allowed to be installed remotely (because it adds zero value)
• it should be displayed and usable via the local installation even when working “remotely”
• the local authorization should be usable remotely
