Atlassian Settings open every time when I start VSCode

Every time when I start VSCode, this stupid setup page pops out. I do not want it, and I have no Idea how to disable it.

+1 This is really annoying and I have yet to find a way to disable it. If I am using a workspace, the tab will open a while after I have already opened vs code, so it always happens as im typing or scrolling through another document. Please fix!

Somehow, I fixed the issue in my case, because the welcome page no longer popup when I start vscode.

I do not know what I have done - it was some time ago, and I forgot that I made this issue. I remember, that I had some issues with the connection to the Jira server (it is behind corporate VPN, and It sometimes loses the connection, even when I’m at the office) The other thing that I may have done, is to remove the extension, and setup it again.

Try re-authenticating. If you don’t use one of the services (JIRA or BitBucket), remove any saved auth info from that tab and/or disable that service.

I noticed this happening after VPN issues. I thought I had fully re-authenticated, but one of the services had not. After deleting and re-entering my auth details in both Jira and BitBucket tabs, I no longer see this.

Note: You may need to do this in multiple workspaces if you have local workspace settings vs. user settings.
