Add 'Transition Issue' for linked Jira tickets when merging Bitbucket pull requests

The Bitbucket web UI has the ability to Transition any Jira tickets when merging a pull request, however the VSCode UI does not have this feature. It would be great to get this feature added to the VSCode, so PRs can be tested, merged and issues closed all from the same UI.
