Can't create pull request - despite being connected via ssh

i tried connecting using “loginto Bitbucket cloud” and it looks OK.

i created a ssh key and tested “ssh -T [e-mail]”

look good.

still get error when trying to use create pull req

also - viewing and creating Jira tickets works fine
