Adding ability to fetch pull-requests from multiple remote repository

Hello,
I am currently working with a fork style workflow, for which we actively manipulate pull-requests on both the origin and upstream repo.
As a matter of fact, we do use an upstream repo for the whole project, but every team is using it’s own fork (origin).
In terms of volume, we roughly have around 5 PR on the origin repo, and several dozens on the upstream repo.
We would actually benefit from the capacity to get the pull-requests from multiple repositories.
The proposed workflow/solution in issue#264 (ie having the ability to select through a regexp the repos to fetch pull-requests from, would surely answer our needs)
