Feature Request: Start Work Configuration Options

When we use the Start Work dialog, we mostly use the defaults, but it would be much easier to start work on tickets if we could use all defaults in the prompt screen. This would be possible if we could configure:

• The default repository based on the current workspace/container (i.e. don’t suggest the submodule as the default repo)
• The default branch prefix in a lookup table from the type of issue (i.e. new feature or improvement should be feature, not bugfix)

In addition, it would save a small amount of time and thought if I could add --no-verify to the upstream push command line.
