Jira - Connection refused

If a user has an issues assigned to them but they no longer have access to the Jira project they will receive a 403 error when iterating across the list of Jira issues, which marks the credentials as invalid and raises a login failure “Connection refused for {url}“.
This behavior makes it difficult to debug the error message, can a check be added while iterating across the assigned issues and ignore 403 or notify the user which issues they do not have permissions to.
