Create Jira Issue from in-line context and rClick fails with "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getAllRepositories')"

Trying to create an issue from context menu and in-line tags (TODO: …) fails with an error of "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getAllRepositories')”. I can create issues fine from the Atlassian extension pane. I can list/view/edit and save issues to out Jira cloud repo at company.atlassian.net

I get the same error from the exact same behavior. Watching this issue.
