When viewing a PR changed file: steps to reproduce the bug:

1. through Visual Studio Code, create a comment in a given line
2. through Visual Studio Code, create a task associated to that comment
3. through Visual Studio Code, create a new comment in the same line
4. through Visual Studio Code, create a task associated to the new comment

Bug:

Two boxes appear:

• one with the first comment, the first task and the second comment
• the second one with the first comment, the first task, the second comment and the second task
