BitBucket cloud - authenticated but login window keeps popping up

Installed plugin version 1.2.3

Authenticated with Bitbucket cloud succesfully.
VS Code version: 1.33.1

List of Pull requests is visible, however: Almost every action performed on a Pull request triggers a “Bitbucket login window”

Possbly related console error:

ERR could not fetch current user: Error: could not fetch current userat C:\Users\Tim.vscode\extensions\atlassian.atlascode-1.2.3\build\extension\extension.js:755:309112

Details: Two-factor is enabled, and (trying to) use App Passwords. Logging in with Atlassian account does not work. Logging in with an app password DOES work (can perform PR action) - plethora of login windows makes using this great new feature impossible.

I managed to get it working with SSH (not with HTTPS). This guide helped me out: https://www.cgranade.com/blog/2016/06/06/ssh-keys-in-vscode.html

So happy that I can now use these cool new features! Lower prio since workaround is available, or suggest closing issue (with update in docs somewhere) if not possible with HTTPS / 2fa.
