Logged in successfully, but yet can't see and manage Pull Requests

even though that I have logged in successfully and I am seeing the Issues for the project, but when it comes to PRs, there is no PR tab in the left panel, and when I click on the (open in VScode) option (in the PR page of my repo) on the Jira website, the VScode window appear with the above message (asking me to login) …!

and by clicking on the (Open auth settings) I see this confirmation
