Updated comments show as [Object object] in bitbucket

Extension version v2.10.12; VSC version 1.74.2; Windows 11

Steps to repeat:

1. Review a PR, select a line of code, enter a comment.
2. Click the pencil (edit) icon and edit the comment.

Expected result

The comment is edited

What actually happens

The comment is replaced with [Object object]

i find this usually happens with code blocks. It’s VERY annoying and requires deleting the original comment and creating a new one.
