cannot get client for: Jira - Jira is disabled!

Since a recent update to the Atlassian extension (to V3.0.0) on VSCode (V1.74.3) running under Windows 11 on Parallels everything I need works as normal, however I get this error over and over as shown in the image.
I suggests that I cant auth to Jira. However I don’t want to. Jira is turned off
Tad annoying
