ECONNRESET error occurs when performing Bitbucket and Jira actions

User is authenticated and there are no network issues on the device.

Solutions tried already:

• Reauthenticate,
• Revoke access via Atlassian websites and then reauth.
• Uninstall and reinstalling extension
