Upgrade to Play 2.4

I gave this a try with play-slick version 0.9-M4 which should support Play 2.4 and Slick 2. Could compile and run unit tests successfully but there are two problems: 1. Apparently due to a problem in Play 2.4 the assets jar is not published to local (or remote) ivy repository. There is a thread in the Play Google group but so far I couldn't find any bug reported. 2. Some runtime errors related to Slick

So it seems that we should upgrade to Play 2.4 and Slick 3 at the same time and face all the problems from there!
