Support filtering which branches to build

We are experiencing that using this plugin causes our bamboo server to be completely full of builds, and thus blocking other projects to be built.
This is due to the fact that upon triggering, all branches are re-built.
Add support for filtering out which branches to build upon triggering, and/or which branches to not build
