UI errors on a plan created from a Java/Yaml specs

Issue Summary

On a plan created from a Java/Yaml specs, when opened in edit mode in the plan config on the tab page "Branches" a UI error appears when the tab is opened.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install After Deployment Trigger plugin from marketplace
2. Create a deployment project
3. Create a plan using RSS with an after deployment trigger plugin. Make sure that the plan has a Specs Result in the plan status history bar
4. Go to the "Branches" tab

Expected Results

The page shouldn't display errors.

Actual Results

The below error is displayed:

Workaround

You can clone the plan/deployment and the error message will not appear on the clone
