multiple environments not triggering a plan multiple times

bamboo 6.3.0

1. build a jar artifact
2. builds triggers a deployment project
3. the jar is being deployed to two environments env1, env2
4. A "test" build uses "after deployment trigger" and "Any" is selected.
5. The "test" build is triggered only once Triggered by Deployment › env1

Deployment › env2 is successful but doesn't trigger the "test" build.
