A lot of keys are prefixed with Confluence

A lot of the keys in the code are prefixed with "confbuild" or "confluence" even if they apply to all products. We should get rid of these prefixes.

All the UI code has had this fixed. I haven't yet changed the keys used to serialize information to the database (since this will need an upgrade task, or some kind of backwards-compatible layer), the java package namespace (just needs a refactor) and the plugin key (probably stuck with this forever).
