Base URL field doesn't support Bamboo variables

Steps to reproduce:

  • Add a Deploy Plugin task
  • Add ${bamboo.instance.base.url} as Base URL
  • Click Save

It would be nice to use Bamboo variables so all the important configuration parameters could be controlled from within the plan variable page.
