Administrator password must be re-entered every time the task configuration is edited

This is a bit of a pain for people editing the configuration of their task. If there is already a saved password, it should not require the password to be re-entered if only other fields are being edited.

Thinking about this more... this is a legitimate security measure. Being able to change other fields without having to re-enter the password could allow a user to steal the (maybe secret) password by redirecting the task to login to a malicious server.
