Allow plugin to deploy an artifact or file generated within the same job

It's cumbersome to have to set up multiple stages to generate an artifact that can be shared to the deploy task, especially if you only have very simple requirements.

The deploy task should support a simpler mode where you can just specify a file system pattern or an artifact generated in the same job.
