Add support for Bitbucket 6.0 / 6.1

This addon is currently listed as incompatible with the newer versions of Bitbucket. Please investigate updating it.

You can expect this plugin getting ready for 6.* changes somewhere around mid-July. This issue is on our list and we have people that will be working on getting it ready for 6.0/6.1 soon.

Version 1.0.1 has been released on Marketplace, and is compatible with Bitbucket Server 4.7+, including 6.x through the current release, 6.5.1. (I don’t anticipate any compatibility issues with subsequent 6.x releases, to be clear; they just don’t exist yet, so I haven’t tested them.)
