Navigating through a list using a keyboard should scroll the view

When list of favorites is long enough and does not fit into the dialog and you use a cursor key to navigate, the bar may go down the list below the visible portion. We should scroll the view in such case.

Workaround: Just use a mouse to scroll. Or use a filter to reduce number of elements displayed.
