Plugin 'Bitbucket Linky' (version '2020.3.159') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 203. or older but the current build is IU-213.5281.15 Plugin 'JPA Buddy' (version '4.6-203') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 203. or older but the current build is IU-213.5281.15

Hi,

Please switch to EAP channel of Linky updates – releases in that channel have no upper bound for IDE version.

Now that you don’t have LInky you need to add https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugins/eap/8015 channel manually via Preferences → Plugins → Cog → Manage plugin repositories…

Once Linky is installed and enabled, you can switch between update channels in Linky settings:
