WebStorm 2021.3 has just been released and the plugin needs an update as a result:

Plugin error: Plugin 'Bitbucket Linky' (version '2021.2.188') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 212.* or older but the current build is WS-213.5744.224
