Add file and line to the commit link

Links to the commit (currently https://bitbucket.org/{OWNER_NAME}/{REPOSITORY_NAME}/commits/{COMMIT_CODE}) would be more useful if they point to the file and line where the link has been triggered: https://bitbucket.org/{OWNER_NAME}/{REPOSITORY_NAME}/commits/{COMMIT_CODE}#L{FILE_NAME}T{LINE_NUMBER}

For Bitbucket Server line number is not supported at the moment, so only file could be appended.
