Only one of two VCS roots is linked

I have a project with two VCS roots. They are checked out in different directories, one of them serves also as the IntelliJ project home.

Now, Linky only detects the BitBucket URL for one of them. I have Linky support in one of the VCS roots, but not in the other.

In the Settings menu, there are actually two entries. Both are called <Project Root>, but both seem to point to the same BitBucket repository (the one linked by Linky). One is "Linked" and the other one is "Not linked", but both display the same options, showing the BitBucket URL of the linked BitBucket repository.

Can I make both VCS roots working? Thank you for your support in advance!
