Wrong links for projects with custom configuration

we have custom stash repository and links like this https://stash.paymantix.com/projects/PR2/repos/middleware/browse/src/backend/components/AccessControl.php?at=refs%2Fheads%2FPP-286#3

but extension suggest me link like this http://stash.paymantix.com/pr2/middleware/src/397f456afbdd12d68b4953eb1b661e6a5f78df1b/src/backend/components/AccessControl.php#AccessControl.php-3

and there is no way to set up custom links for project

Thanks for reporting this. This looks like for some reason Linky decided you're using Bitbucket Cloud.

I had a similar report recently and I fixed a bug, so can you first check which version of Linky are you using? Also, could you please attach or simply paste content of bitbucket-cloud-registry.xml and bitbucket-server-registry.xml files, which are located:

• on Mac in ~/Library/Preferences/<PRODUCT><VERSION>/options
• on Linux in ~/.<PRODUCT><VERSION>/options
• on Windows in <SYSTEM DRIVE>\Users\<USER ACCOUNT NAME>\.<PRODUCT><VERSION>\options

This will shed some light on your current Linky state and will help to understand how to fix it.
