Add 4x and 8x values to enum in size property of bitbucket-pipelines.schema.json

Hey folks! The size property of bitbucket-pipelines.schema.json seems to be outdated.

The allowed values are — Either:

• 1x or 2x for pipeline steps run on Bitbucket Cloud.
• 1x, 2x, 4x, or 8x for pipeline steps run on a self-hosted pipeline runner.

Is it possible to allow the values 4x and 8x if the property runs-on is set? Or just always allow those values?
