PR List for commit: Branch names not visible in High Contact theme

When showing a PR for a specific commit, the branch source and target branches for the PR are not visible in the High Contrast Theme since it tries to show nearly white text on a white background.

It's better with the dark theme but only really good with the light theme. See attached Screenshots for all three options.

Not sure if this counts as a Bug or Enhancement, I’ll leave it on Bug initially, but ofc. Feel free to change it. ;)
