Webhooks not sent for issue updated

I have been creating issues/updating issues using a load tester and not all of the webhooks are being sent to the connect add-on. The result is that some of the issues do not have the updated information.

Possible solution could be having a cron job of some sort that searches for all of the issues that have no updater information and processing them. Maybe once a day?
